Buildex Constructions was founded in 2019 by Civil Engineer Majdi Harmouch, whose professional journey in construction began in 2007. Majdi graduated in Civil Engineering from Beirut Arab University (BAU) in Lebanon.
He comes from a family where construction is a lifelong legacy — over 100 residential and commercial projects in Lebanon, building a reputation grounded in trust, durability, and long-term quality.
After relocating to Cyprus, Majdi contributed to major landmark projects including Metropolis Mall (Larnaca), The Icon (Limassol), Student Residence (Limassol), and Technical School (Nicosia).
In 2019, he established Buildex Constructions — a family-led company built on precision, accountability, and shared responsibility.

Civil Engineer & Founder
Majdi comes from a family where construction is a lifelong legacy. Over the years, he has been involved in more than 50 projects across Cyprus and Greece.
Began our journey in the construction industry through a family-owned company in Cyprus, specializing in residential buildings and warehouse projects as a subcontractor.
Expanded operations to Lebanon under the Buildex brand, where we successfully delivered high-profile governmental projects, including the Presidential Palace, the Ministry of Defense, and various other state institutions.
Relocated to Cyprus and established Buildex Cyprus, resuming subcontracting activities across several landmark developments, including The Icon, Marystone Hotel, and Metropolis Mall.
Marked a significant milestone by transitioning into general contracting, taking on prominent projects such as The Nines, a Technical School, Metropolis Mall, and Apollonia Student Halls.
